Your Role: As a Quantity Surveyor at Wates, you’ll play a crucial role in our business. You’ll take charge of developing and implementing all pre and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting. You will have full accountability for your projects, working collaboratively with customers and industry specialists to add value, ensure compliance, and uphold best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own project commercial strategies, managing your subcontract packages effectively.
  • Maximize project cash flow through strategic management of subcontract packages.
  • Contribute to project procurement strategies, including issuing tender enquiries, reconciling packages, and producing subcontract orders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
