CONTRACT SUPPORT ADMIN
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Support Admin to join the team at our offices in Manchester where the focus of this role will be to deliver robust, high quality and cost-effective solutions to support our clients on core business requirements and provide lead contract support and finance support to the account management team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for you to have experience of working in a similar role with experience of Microsoft Office Applications, Concept and Coins, and have knowledge of finance processes and an understanding of basic financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and profit.
To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail and a self-starter with the ability to plan and organise your time effectively.

Some of the other Key Accountabilities as Contract Support Admin include:
• Collaborate closely with the team ensuring the timesheets submitted are accurate in line with the labour costed and analyse any overtime completed.
• Assist with PPM invoicing and PPM invoicing approvals.
• Collaborate with JLL Supply Chain Manager to conduct subcontractor performance reviews.
• Ensure subcontractors are inline with all client requirements and all relevant documentation is up to date – Avetta, CHAS & Constructionline Gold.
• Assist in obtaining quotations for tender submissions and contract variations.
• Assist in the creation and management of portfolio tender submissions and cost books – including the routine review of PPM purchase orders, removing accruals ahead of contract reviews.
• Raise PPM Purchase Orders in line with contract renewals or following contract variations.
• Assist JLL Supply Chain Manager and Contract Support Manager with other Ad-Hoc duties when required. Can include escorting of contractors, querying of renewal costs.
