What you will do

As a level 3 Surveyor apprentice you play a vital role in assisting site and project surveyors with tasks related to the commercial function of running a construction project and inputting as part of this team.


Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below

  • Estimating quantities, costs, and time scales for material and labour
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
  • Valuing completed work, managing budgets, and overseeing payments supplier/subcontractor payments
  • Attending meetings
  • Submitting regular budget reports

Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this apprenticeship you will need to have achieved a Grade 4 or C and above in Maths and English

You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
