Drive the divisional social value strategy in partnership with the Regional Social Value Manager, enhancing our brand and leaving a lasting legacy.

  • Support the creation and review of annual Operational Plans.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Social Value Manager to deliver impactful local strategies.
  • Ensure timely, accurate client reporting and meet contractual obligations.
  • Work with Project Teams to align social value efforts with community priorities.
  • Understand the external funding landscape on future skills for Wates to bring to Customers.
  • Mentor an apprentice and motivate teams to grow and thrive.
  • Develop key partnerships to support in the delivery of green skills initiatives.
  • Build strong client relationships, find innovative solutions, and explore/support funding opportunities.
  • Plan PR initiatives and celebrate key milestones with case studies and impact reports.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, who knows how to navigate social value obligations and processes while driving the achievement of KPIs.
