The Vacancy
Wates Property Services seeks a well organised and dynamic Voids Supervisor to join our voids maintenance team in the Surrey area.
The successful professional will supervise the voids workforce and liaise with client representative(s) to ensure high level maintenance and compliance service at all times.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Lead, motivate and manage your team to gain optimum performance levels across your contract.
- Ensure all works orders received are completed within target dates leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
- Supervise workforce and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with relevant specifications and that that pre and post repairs inspections are carried out.
- Ensure that large multi-trade jobs are booked in effectively by the scheduling team minimising non-productive operative time.
- Represent Wates at client meetings and build strong working relationships with all those involved.
- On-going monitoring of current team highlighting training and development needs along with inducting new staff with the view to them becoming an asset to the business.
To be successful in this role you have relevant Voids Maintenance experience as we as be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
