Wates Group are looking for a Information Document Controller to join our Residential team in Cardiff.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Information Document Controller, you’ll be a vital part of our onsite teams, ensuring seamless coordination of procedures, quality, and documentation to meet project requirements. Upholding Wates protocols in line with industry standards (ISO 19650) is key. Experience with Viewpoint 4 Projects and Dalux is advantageous.

As our Information Document Controller you will:

  • Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team.
  • Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures.
  • Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed, as well as troubleshoot and problems.
  • Providing weekly reports to consultants, sub-contractors, and Design Managers on items currently with them for review.
  • Providing monthly dashboards to the regional Principal Design Manager.
  • Reviewing and quality assessing all drawings and documents submitted.
  • Uploading any information to the EDMS as required by the team.
