The Vacancy
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to join our FM Leadership team and primarily be responsible for supporting our national client and be part of ensuring our FM business growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Account Director you will have ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered throughout the accounts, including the management of customer interface, guaranteeing an appropriate and timely response to all client concerns whilst always working to ensure continuous process improvement.
This is an active and visible client facing role which is responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice for all commercial activity relating to contract, as well as effectively managing specialists and suppliers to ensure KPI and SLA targets are delivered.
We are looking for you to be experienced FM Account professional who is operationally accountable for either a single large account (£5-8 million) or a portfolio of accounts to a similar value and have full Profit and Loss Responsibility for the Account/s.
Alongside this you will have a solid understanding of contract law and the implications on operational deliverables, good financial acumen with experience of managing P&L, an understanding of SLA’s and KPI’S and using finance and CAFM tools.
To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage teams.
