Wates are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dalux Training and Implementation Coordinator to join our Construction Central team, working across a range of high-profile projects.
This role is ideal for individuals who have an interest in project documentation and are eager to support teams in working smarter with tools like Dalux. This role will enable you to drive efficiency, quality, and excellence across live construction projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dalux Training and Implementation Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for deploying and supporting Dalux CDE (Common Data Environment) our key digital construction tool, across live projects for both Dalux Box (Design) and Dalux Field. You’ll work directly with site teams to ensure the platform is fully optimised, helping them to use the systems, manage tasks, documents, and quality control more effectively. Your input will help ensure projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and without unnecessary risks or delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise Dalux usage on-site: Ensure our teams and supply chains are fully equipped to use Dalux for document management, quality inspections, and reporting, driving improved project delivery.
- Deliver hands-on training: Lead engaging workshops, site-based training, and 1-to-1 coaching to ensure seamless adoption of Dalux Box and Dalux Field.
- Support digital transformation: Be the link between our site teams and business systems, helping to integrate Dalux into the day-to-day running of projects, creating consistency and operational excellence.
- Provide actionable insights: Generate reports on system usage, flagging any issues or opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with project teams to tackle these challenges head-on, improving efficiency and minimising risks.
- Advocate for continuous improvement: Work closely with our quality team and IT to contribute to the ongoing development of Dalux, ensuring it stays relevant and aligned with industry best practices and project needs.
