We have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our planned maintenance team in the Coventry area. As the Site Manager you will be working on a project that consists of range of planned works working closely with one of our social housing partners so ideally, we are looking for an experienced site manager in this field. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure a project is built safely, economically to the agreed timescales and quality standards. Key Accountabilities will include: Responsible for input into and programming the works/short-term programming of works. Manage Operatives, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is always maintained along with Health and safety. Attend pre- and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions. This resulting in the successful delivery and handover of schemes. Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports per scheme that will be file electronically as well as submitting to Project Manager. Ensure that once works are completed, the full and completed job packs are sent to the Project Manager at the office along with completion details to guarantee a swift invoicing procedure to eliminate WIP (work In Progress) & certify cash flow. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a successful track record of managing projects within the social housing arena ideally with kitchen and bathroom planned works To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach to providing site leadership. You will have strong IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks to set deadlines. Resident Liaison Officer

You will be working out of our Greenwich office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering support to our residents.Key Accountabilities will include: Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites. Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted, Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation. Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.You will be an experienced RLO with proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. Scheduler

Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a Scheduler to join our scheduling team in the Leamington Spa area. This is a new opportunity for someone to join our planned division whereby you will be responsible for allocating works for our sub contractors for one of our decarbonisation projects. As an inclusive employer for this particular role we can offer hybrid working however you will need to be commutable to the Leamington Spa office. Key Accountabilities will include: Schedule works into diaries for our sub contractors daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given. Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so operatives may continue the site through to completion Arrange inspections for supervisors Provide a high-quality service to our client on a face-to-face basis Working within a team of Site Managers and RLO`s ensuring a smooth process for both the sub contractors and residents. We are looking for you to have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment ie planning, scheduling, logistics, call centre etc Construction/property services would be ideal but not a must. To be successful in the role you be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines. Lead commercially in the monthly Contract Review Meetings (CRM’s) with Operations Manager. Assist Senior Management in tender adjudication.
