We manage repairs and maintenance for over 500,000 homes on behalf of 65 social landlord customers, has launched a new dedicated service designed to combat two of the greatest challenges facing social housing, disrepair, and damp and mould.

We have secured a £21m contract to carry out energy improvement works on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1, becoming our largest SHDF contract to date.

We’ve further cemented our presence as a leader in social housing retrofit having secured £107m of Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1 contracts on behalf of 17 social landlords.

In July 2022, we began a retrofit project with Stonewater, after they took the decision to decarbonise a number of their least energy efficient homes.

We supported our partners at Bromford Housing to secure £3.5m of funding through Wave 2.1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.

In May 2023, we began a contract with Settle to carry out zero carbon retrofit improvements to 670 homes across North Hertfordshire.

Our partnership with Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) began in April 2022 with a project to decarbonise 24 properties to achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate Band C and a heat demand target of 90kwh/m2/annum.
