Wates has announced that in the last 12 months it has delivered a total spend of £128,679 against a target of £93,000 to support social enterprises across the region.

Wates has completed works at Braywick Leisure Centre, a major leisure and community hub for Windsor and Maidenhead Council, via the Major Works UK framework, part of the Scape National Construction framework.
