In 2023 we completed a refurbishment project at Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE), transforming a former secondary school into a pioneering digital campus in time for the 2023/24 academic year.

In May 2022, we began a whole house retrofit contract for Nottinghamshire Council as part of their £1.5m Social Housing Decarbonisation Demonstrator Fund works

In July 2022, we began a retrofit project with Stonewater, after they took the decision to decarbonise a number of their least energy efficient homes.

We supported our partners at Bromford Housing to secure £3.5m of funding through Wave 2.1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.

In May 2023, we began a contract with Settle to carry out zero carbon retrofit improvements to 670 homes across North Hertfordshire.

Our partnership with Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) began in April 2022 with a project to decarbonise 24 properties to achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate Band C and a heat demand target of 90kwh/m2/annum.

When we were appointed to deliver Lloyds Banking Group’s Harbourside project, we understood the value this new hub would bring to the Group’s colleagues and its customers..

Our work for The Guinness Partnership (Guinness) saw us complete part-house retrofits to 52 homes in Crewe as part of the BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Demonstrator project. Our role in leading the retrofit project was to catalyse innovation and develop best practice to inform Guinness’ future social housing retrofit projects.

We’re speeding ahead with plans to decarbonise its commercial van fleet with a major investment to replace 45 small diesel, supervisor vans with new electric cars.

A first for Wrexham County Borough Council, this pilot scheme was delivered by our Retrofit team, alongside partners Energy Specifics and Construction Thinking, to transform an inefficient void property into a pioneering zero-carbon home.
