We have secured a £21m contract to carry out energy improvement works on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1, becoming our largest SHDF contract to date.

In May 2023, we began a contract with Settle to carry out zero carbon retrofit improvements to 670 homes across North Hertfordshire.

Our partnership with Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) began in April 2022 with a project to decarbonise 24 properties to achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate Band C and a heat demand target of 90kwh/m2/annum.

At Grahame Park in Barnet, we were chosen by Notting Hill Genesis to work on Plot A as part of the regeneration of a 1970’s housing estate, providing 209 new affordable homes, in a safe and welcoming environment where the community can flourish.

This 66-home joint venture with Vistry Western shows how we use our expertise to ensure that the existing natural beauty of sites is maintained and enhanced through development.
