An integrated property maintenance service
Since 2006 we have provided Brent with a full integrated maintenance service to 13,000 properties under a TPC 2005.
We re-secured the contract in 2014 for another 8 years, testament to our collaborative working ethos and ability to improve and deliver year-on-year based on Brent’s continuously evolving strategy.
To date we have:
- Won Most Helpful Contractor at Brent Resident Awards Ceremony
- Shortlisted for the Most Innovative Procurement Model at the 2015 Housing Innovation Awards
- Achieved average savings for Brent of £1M per annum
- Average first time fix rate of 97%
- Reduced number of calls per annum from 8000 to 5000
