Enhancing the customer experience
Each element of the refurbished M&S London Colney store was carefully designed to create a unique shopping experience for customers. By doubling the size of the Foodhall, a wider range of services have been made available to customers, including a new pizza oven, a Mai Sushi counter and a ‘Fill Your Own’ station to reduce plastic use.
The London Colney store benefits from a digital café, allowing customers to order at the front of the café. The technology enhances the dining experience while delivering the M&S quality food and drink customers know and expect.
The project also saw the team relocate the opticians, add three sets of new fitting rooms and reconfigure the home, beauty and clothing sections to improve the aesthetic and enhance the store’s flow for customers.
