The second phase of the University of Liverpool’s Apex Bio-Science facility. The new four-storey research/office and laboratory, with Cat 2 and 3 laboratories, was built adjacent to Apex 1 and opposite the new Royal Liverpool Hospital in the city’s Knowledge Quarter.
