Project Overview
A new build 32 storey tower of 279 apartments for shared-ownership and private sale, plus ground floor commercial units.
The site is adjacent to Tottenham Hale stations (Network Rail Overground and TfL underground lines) and has complex party wall boundaries. Pre-fabrication includes bathroom pods, HIU cupboards, MEP service modules and a unitised cladding solution.
Anthology Hale Works is the second largest residential development that Anthology have delivered with Wates as our main contractor. The project has presented numerous complexities, and the Wates project team were able to identify, manage and mitigate the risks that these challenges presented in effective fashion.
Due to the collaborative and honest relationship that Anthology and Wates have fostered, we were able to navigate through any difficult circumstances with agility and intelligence to arrive at a high quality, landmark project. “
