Our Award-winning project at Aspen Grove, as part of the Cardiff Living development partnership continues to be recognised for its low-carbon technologies.
On top of this, we have also handed over 42 homes built to Passivhaus standard at Aspect Place. We are also in the process of delivering 76 new homes for Winchester City Council at Winnall, which will be built to Passivhaus low energy and AECB standards.
These are designed to have such a low heating demand that no conventional heating systems are required and there will be a 41% reduction in energy use and carbon emissions across the scheme.
We are also increasing biodiversity, at New Green for example, through the planting of appropriate species in communal gardens and on roofscapes.
