Our fifth project with Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS), the new Fire and Rescue station and Training Academy and National Resilience Centre of Excellence is being constructed right in the heart of Aintree.

Once the project is complete it will be the first HM Treasury office located outside of London.

Creating a mixture of open-plan and cellular office space over two levels we also carried out enabling work, which included the establishment of access routes in line with COVID-19 social distancing requirements.

We were awarded a £5m contract to fit out 57,000 sq ft of office space as part of two office relocations in Hastings, Sussex.

Located at the Science and Technology Facilities Council’s (STFC) Rutherford Appleton Laboratory Campus at Harwell in Oxfordshire, the ambition of the national centre is to foster a vibrant environment that promotes collaboration between quantum hardware and software researchers, attracting visitors and industry interest from across the UK and internationally.
