Rachel Addison

Independent Non-Executive Director

Rachel Addison was appointed to the Group Board as Non Executive Director in July 2023.

A chartered accountant with nearly 30 years of experience in finance and operations, Rachel chairs the Group’s Audit Committee, overseeing financial reporting, processes, and regulatory compliance.

Rachel is currently a Non-Executive Director of Marlowe plc, a business-critical services and software provider; Watkin Jones plc, a housing developer and manager of student and build-to-rent accommodation; Gamma Communications plc, a provider of unified communications as a service (UCaaS) into the UK, Dutch, Spanish and German business markets; and Florida-based Mango Publishing Group.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Rachel has held senior financial, operational and board level roles throughout her career. She was Chief Financial Officer at both Future plc and TI Media Limited; Managing Director for Reach Regionals; was both CFO and Chief Operating Officer for Local World Limited and Northcliffe Media Limited and Head of Risk Management at Boots the Chemist.
