As Executive Managing Director for Wates Residential, Pip is passionate about delivering high-quality homes through strong partnerships with local authorities, housing associations, and institutional investors. She is committed to working collaboratively to accelerate housebuilding and creating sustainable communities.

Pip brings decades of experience in the real estate sector, specialising in joint ventures, large-scale mixed-use regeneration, and strategic partnerships. Before joining Wates, she was Managing Director for London and the South East at Bouygues UK where she played a key role in delivering large-scale, high-profile housing schemes.

Since joining Wates in January 2025, Pip has been focused on strengthening existing partnerships and forging new ones, leading a team set to deliver over 10,000 homes in the next five years.
