Kevin joined Wates Strategic Space in September 2024, bringing with him extensive experience from Knight Frank, where he specialised in Industrial and Logistics agency, with a focus on ‘big box’ acquisitions across the UK.

Prior to this, Kevin was part of Knight Frank’s Development Land team in Dublin, gaining valuable experience in the strategic planning and and development of land for commercial and residential uses.

With a strong understanding of what occupiers seek in industrial space, Kevin offers a comprehensive knowledge of UK markets. He became a RICS Chartered Surveyor in early 2024 and holds a First Class Honours degree in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys running, climbing, and attending live gigs.
