Amy Smith is Partnership Director for Wates Living Space and holds a degree in Building Construction and Management.
She began her career on site carrying out construction and logistics planning for large-scale planned maintenance programmes before moving on to bid and win a number of important contracts for the business.
Throughout her 26-year career with Wates, Amy has become a leading expert in social housing maintenance, fire safety and compliance and energy retrofitting.
Amy’s latest role has been as lead for Wates’ new carbon retrofitting service, which launched in November 2020.
