Melissa Woodall is the Client Relationship Director at Wates Living Space and has over 15 years of experience in the Social Housing sector. She has been with Wates Property Services since October 2019, bringing her passion and enthusiasm for social housing to every project.
Melissa is deeply committed to ensuring the availability of high-quality social housing that empowers communities to thrive. Her work is driven by a belief in the importance of creating lasting, positive change through the refurbishment of homes for future generations.
In addition to her role at Wates, Melissa is the Chair of the National Housing Maintenance Forum’s (NHMF) Service Providers Forum. In this role, she leads discussions on best practice, collaborates with customers on key sector themes, and works to drive growth and excellence across the industry.
