Joining Wates in 2023, Bradley uses his expertise to help grow the pipeline of work in the Southern region.
In his role as Business Development Manager for the South, he will use his networking skills and knowledge of the area to develop and maintain long-standing relationships with clients and consultants to raise Wates profile.
After taking the traditional academic college route, he started working on site as a groundworker and soon realised his passion for building. To drive his career forward, he went to University to study for a Construction Management Degree whilst working as a Project Manager specialising in offsite construction. After seven years he was presented with the opportunity to enter the world of Business Development which intrigued him.
His role enables him to meet and work with new people and he loves the variety each day brings. His pro-active, resourceful and enthusiastic approach has allowed him to secure new business, influence and build relationships with people at all levels throughout his career.
One of the proudest moments of his career so far has been acting as the project manager for the Prince’s Trust where he was introduced to King Charles at the opening ceremony. He is also proud of becoming a Chartered Construction Manager and being nominated for Offsite Professional of the Year in 2017.
Bradley see’s the South region as a blank canvas and is looking forward to the challenge it presents. He is excited about making the role his own by doing things a bit differently and making a positive impact on the business.
