Planning Manager

Wates Construction are looking for a Planning Manager to join our Major Projects Team across 3 MOJ projects in the Manchester and Cambridge areas. ABOUT THE ROLEOur Planners are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role is to lead the planning team to provide functional leadership and management of planning resources from pre-qualification to completion for the region. As our Principal Planning Manager you will: Ensure an effective and professional planning and programming service is available for pre-contract and project teams Agree level of planning service with senior management, check, and address quality issues.
