Perfect match as Wates extends Paralympian sponsorship
Wates Living Space is set to renew its sponsorship of world number one table tennis champion, Will Bayley MBE, a move that will see the three-time Paralympian become a key part of the business nationwide inclusion strategy.
The announcement comes as Wates completes its first year of sponsorship with Will, which has included a host of successful partnership campaigns to inspire young people and communities.
Wates announced its inaugural sponsorship deal in 2018, which was focussed on shared values of performance enhancement and continuous improvement. Will has also supported the business with a number of charitable fundraising efforts and school engagement activities.
Renewed until the end of 2020, the latest sponsorship deal will support Will in his preparations for Tokyo 2020 and will see the Rio 2016 gold medallists continued involvement in Wates social value activities.
