Andrew, who joined the company in January 2014, will be taking up the position as Chief Executive of Carillion plc on 2 April 2018.
David Allen, Chief Financial Officer, will become Acting Chief Executive pending the appointment of a permanent successor.
James Wates CBE, commented:

The Board of the Wates Group has initiated the process to identify a new Chief Executive, and further information will be announced in due course.
