Clarion Housing Group & Wates Living Space launch 20 year partnership
Leading affordable housing maintenance provider, Wates Living Space, has secured one of its largest ever planned maintenance programmes with the launch of a 20 year partnership with Clarion Housing Group.
Valued at approximately £15m per year, the partnership will include a variety of internal and external planned maintenance services for a portfolio of 19,000 properties across north London.
Work will include but will not be limited to kitchen and bathroom maintenance, boiler replacement, window installations, rewiring and roofing. Work is expected to start later this year.
The partnership represents one of the largest and longest planned maintenance programmes to be delivered by Wates Living Space and will see the business expand its existing maintenance portfolio of approximately 500,000 domestic properties across the UK.
Forming part of Clarion Housing Groups planned investment and regeneration major works contract, the partnership will be subject to a break clause every five years.
