The final stage of the Abbey Road redevelopment in Camden has reached a major milestone, with Phase 3 — 139 new homes in Kilburn now topped out.

Delivered in partnership with Camden Council, this marks the third and final phase of a regeneration project that has transformed underused land into a thriving new neighbourhood.

This latest phase will deliver much-needed housing, including 46 affordable homes, as well as three new commercial units to support local businesses and economic growth. It forms part of Camden’s Community Investment Programme (CIP) — a long-term strategy to create high-quality homes, modern community facilities, and improved public spaces across the borough.

A remarkable achievement for the community in Camden

With the project nearing completion, we will have delivered 280 brand-new homes along Abbey Road — 206 more than previously existed — alongside a GP surgery, community centre, supermarket, and enhanced public spaces. The first phase, completed in 2019, saw 141 homes delivered, including 66 affordable homes.
