Leading housing association, Bromford has extended its repairs and improvements contract with housing maintenance specialist, Wates into a 12th successful year.
Since the beginning of the partnership, Wates has completed 3,485 kitchens and 2,064 bathrooms, with the latest, year-long extension set to see a further 400 new kitchens installed in properties across the West Midlands as part of Bromford’s multi-year modernisation programme.
