Wates joins Fusion 21 as housing maintenance Framework Partner
Wates has bolstered its housing maintenance framework presence across the UK with its position as framework supply partner to public sector procurement body, Fusion21.
The appointment has seen Wates Living Space join a host of suppliers on Fusion21s Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework.
Set to run for four years, the new framework is designed to provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for housing associations and local authorities reactive works and services.
Through its position on the framework, Wates will have the opportunity to work with Fusion21 members on a variety of projects whilst generating social value.
The business has also pledged to engage social enterprises through its work with Fusion21, forming a significant part of Wates group-wide commitment to spend £20m with the SE sector by 2020.

Fusion21s Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework was launched alongside its Empty Buildings Refurbishment Framework, collective valued at approximately £290m.
