Wates continues partnership with Lee Baron to maintain exclusive residential developments across London
Wates has been appointed by property management experts, Lee Baron to provide mechanical and engineering (M&E) services and maintenance at an exclusive riverside residential development on the Greenwich Peninsula.
The contract will see Wates carry out a programme of planned works to Upper and Lower Riverside, on the banks of the Thames. Works will include M&E services to ensure the continued smooth operations of the building as well as reactive maintenance and repairs to the communal areas for the benefit of tenants.
The Greenwich Peninsula contracts are the latest projects in the partnership between Wates and Lee Baron which began in 2014 and already includes the maintenance of Dickens Yard, a 701-unit high end residential development in Ealing, and Sovereign Court, a 431-unit luxury apartment complex in Hammersmith. Both contracts have been renewed in 2021 for a further 12 months.
