Wates named on £1.1bn Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Framework
Leading facilities management provider, Wates has been named as a provider on the new four-year, Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Framework, worth over £1.1bn.
The framework, which runs until 2025 will provide Fusion 21’s 600+ public sector members with access to specialists in a range of workplace and facilities services.
Fusion21 is a procurement organisation and social enterprise that provides access to property, construction and built environment services to organisations operating within the social housing, local authority, education, blue light and health sectors.
Wates will join Lot 6: Building Services (M&E) of the framework, which is worth around £250m, and will carry out a range of mechanical and engineering services across the country. Contracts will be awarded through direct award and competitive tender.
As a business we have experienced fantastic growth over the past few years and our ambition is to continue this development to become the most trusted FM partner across both the public and private sectors and this partnership is key to realising that ambition.
Through our links with trusted and approved providers of innovative technologies and the recently launched Wates Innovation Network portal, our teams are well placed to provide help and advice on improvements in energy efficiency and cost reduction to Fusion21’s members that have the potential benefit them for years to come.”

Managing Director, Wates FM
We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including Wates. The tender process was highly competitive and it has identified the best contractors for our members to use.
A further, real benefit to our members and their communities is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and can be monitored and reported against for all call offs.”
