Double win hails private sector growth for Wates FM
Wates FM is set to significantly grow its presence in the private sector with its appointment to deliver two major contracts on behalf of Brooks Macdonald and Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
The new contracts include a package of M&E facility support for London-based law firm, Harbottle & Lewis LLP, and a FM and compliance services contract across Brooks Macdonalds nationwide estate.
The appointments mark significant growth for Wates FMs private sector client portfolio and comes just two months after the Wates Group launched its rebranded FM business.

Wates FM currently manages over 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance through a mix of site based and mobile teams.
