We’re managing facilities at over 200 Yorkshire Building Society sites
We have been appointed by Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) to deliver a range of facilities management (FM) services across its UK-wide estate.
Worth around £7m over five years, the contract includes hard FM and compliance services across YBS’ property portfolio.
Beginning in August, the contract includes FM services at 110 YBS branches; 120 agency sites; the building society’s Bradford headquarters; three main offices in Leeds, Peterborough and Huddersfield; and its Yorkshire data centre.
This is the first time we have worked for YBS and significantly grows the our project pipeline in the banking sector, which is worth over £50m a year.
The contract will be managed by a dedicated team of nine, supported by a national mobile team alongside key supply chain members.
