Wates and the Procure Partnerships Framework
The Procure Partnerships Framework North West is made up of five contractor bands based on project value. Wates Construction has been appointed to the three highest value bands – £30m+, £15m-£30m and £5m-£15m.
Our appointment to three lots of the North West Contractor Framework provides us with an opportunity to support the public sector in the long-term as it addresses the key challenges posed by regeneration.
Its collaborative approach will not only promote more innovative, efficient ways of protecting our environment and achieving net zero, the value it places on supporting communities will enable us to create lasting legacies through the delivery of skills and training.”
