A time capsule to capture a moment in the history of Winnall has been buried by Winnall Primary School and members of the local community following a project led by Wates Residential, alongside the Winchester Historical Association.

Wates Construction has been appointed to the University of Oxfords Construction Framework with a potential pipeline of work worth £120m – £150m every year.

Wates has retained its place on the fourth generation Southern Construction Framework (SCF), which promises a potential £5.25bn pipeline of work across the South.

Steff has been at Wates since 1995, spending his initial 18 years in a regional capacity including five years as Regional Director. Following this, he led the pre-construction function for Wates Construction Group, including SES Engineering Services, for more than six years.

Joining Wates in 2023, Bradley uses his expertise to help grow the pipeline of work in the Southern region.
