Delivering positive benefits on land west of Windsor

Our work on land west of Windsor is a great example of the ‘end-to-end’ approach our Developments business delivers. Success in securing land and planning consents in order to deliver the new homes and affordable homes that communities need requires a substantial consultation process, and involves a huge amount of skill, expertise and commitment.

On land west of Windsor, through the creation of a Stakeholder Masterplan, ground-breaking community engagement and a strong partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, we were able to deliver this previously designated greenbelt site which has real social and environmental benefits for the local community, including 455 high-quality, sustainable new homes (including 182 affordable new homes) and a SEN school. It also won us a 2023 RTPI South East award.
