New ways of working – our response to COVID-19

Since the 48 hour lockdown the majority of our sites are now up and running and our teams that have returned to site, like all of us, have had to adjust to the new ways of working.
The health and safety of everyone involved in what we do has always been our number one priority and with support from our industry, the Government has developed new site operating procedures to allow work to continue safely and in a way that observes social distancing guidelines.
Everyone onsite is responsible for ensuring that they adhere to the social distancing guidelines and apply the 2m social distancing rule at all times. It is difficult to change what has been normal behaviour for decades, but the can-do attitude and commitment displayed by our site teams has been overwhelming.
