The Fire Safety Act 2021 puts the structure, external walls and flat entrance doors within the scope of the Fire Safety Order and covered in Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
Following the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022, new planning gateways, regulatory bodies, and changes to the Defective Premises Act have been created.
