A survey we commissioned with Censuswide found that discrimination in the workplace remains commonplace even in 2022, and that microaggression against marginalised groups greatly jeopardises inclusivity. The impact that this has on job satisfaction, wellbeing and productivity is huge, not only for the individual affected but for the organisation.
