Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E/Fabric Projects. Lead, drive and develop direct reports ensuring all mandatory training is in place with a robust succession plan in place for all roles. Management of the Supply Chain negotiating best value and procuring in line with stretch targets whilst driving standards ensuring Avetta and Construction Line compliance. Holding annual Plan Rights and regular performance reviews. Prepare and present MI reports to clients at regular KPI meetings. Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction. Develop relationships with Consultants working for our Client.To be successful in this role you will have highly effective management skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Alongside this, you will have excellent attention to detail and promote ownership through to closure.We are looking for an individual with a proven solid experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a customer focused multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. You will have a robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas. Desirable is a BIFM qualification or equivalent, IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and experience in computer PPM management systems (e.g. Concept)

Mobile Engineer

Here at Wates, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join our Facilities Management mobile team supporting our clients based in the London & Southeast region. Due to the nature of the role and managing multiple contracts travel will be required so flexibility is required. The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Mechanical Services. Due to the nature of the works, we are exceptionally keen to speak to candidates with a strong background in mechanical & electrical works ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following: Knowledge of Heating & Air Conditioning Systems Previous FM experience managing multiple sites Strong Electrical & HVAC Experience Have previously worked as a mobile engineer 18th Edition C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualifications C&G 2391 (Test & Inspection cert preferred) What is important to us is your natural communication skills to deliver high levels of customer service at all times, your ability to effectively multi-task, work to tight deadlines and problem solve on the job; whilst always promoting health & safety excellence.
