working towards the UK Government target for all social housing to achieve an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of C and above by 2030 and for all homes to be net-zero carbon by 2050.
The conference brings together experts and leaders from across the sector who will share their learnings from case studies and pilot programmes as well as their predictions and targets for the future of social housing.
Amy Smith, Partnership Director for Wates will be speaking during the conference and providing an insight into delivering a holistic retrofit approach through innovative partnerships.
Amy will be joined by Tim Freeman, Director of Energy Specifics, the partner in the Wates Zero Carbon Retrofitting Service. Tim will be speaking on a panel focusing on investing in local talent.
