Building and maintaining facilities fit for the 21st century for the Ministry of Justice.
The Government’s vision is of a modern justice estate that puts security and rehabilitation at the heart of its design. Our projects vary in scope from work on prisons, probation offices and courts.
Working mainly through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), Construction Works Framework, and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Constructor Services Framework, our aim is to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Alliance for new prisons
As a trusted MoJ partner, we work together to build a better future for prisoners so they can get back on track.
We were recently awarded a £500m Government contract with Kier through the CCS Framework which will see us working together to lead an alliance of hundreds of small businesses to build new house blocks at six prisons. These will house more than 2,600 offenders and help to create over 2,000 jobs.
Operating in secure environments
In these environments, we take the utmost care and attention to ensure the wellbeing of our team, prisoners, and staff alike. From obtaining security clearances to checking people’s wellbeing, we do all we can to reduce the impact of working in these facilities.
Supporting the justice sector
Construction
We are passionate about building a better tomorrow for everybody, through the work we do and the social value we bring to projects.
Fit out and refurbishment
We provide high-quality fit-out and refurbishment services to private and public sector customers across the UK.
Engineering
We provide high quality engineering services for the built environment sector including mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Facilities management
We are a growing provider of planned and reactive maintenance and facilities management services in the UK.
Modern and ambitious
We are always looking for a better way of working. That’s why we’re focusing on modern methods of construction, digital design and making our projects more sustainable. By doing so, we can support the MoJ in their ambition to make their estate net zero carbon.
During our new house block project at HMP Stocken we used our offsite manufacturing facility in Coventry to fabricate 27 three-storey risers. These were installed in just three days and saved three weeks labour time.
A new video court for HMP Norwich
Repurposed from a former on-site gym, the new court and video conference centre suite saw us strip out 385 sq m of space to create 16 court rooms with new audio-visual equipment to enhance virtual connectivity.
Our projects in the Justice sector
Building futures
We want to leave a positive legacy as part of our commitment to help reduce offending. We develop and invest in programmes to help reduce offending such as training and job opportunities for ex-offenders. We believe everyone deserves a second chance.
Collaborating with One Way recruitment, we run the Brighter Pathways scheme. It aims to help offenders in the last 18 months of their sentence find work and a safe place to live.
