Residential Investment Director, Wates Residential

Natalie joined Wates in June 2015 as Residential Investment Director and has held the position since.

Natalie’s responsibilities centre around ensuring that we invest in the right projects and that our customers experience exceptional service from us when they purchase one of our new homes.

Her passion and beliefs are underpinned in each role with the provision of a 5-star service, valuing the entire customer journey from product / development concept through to handing over the keys, the after sales service and customer satisfaction.

Natalie has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and investment having worked for a number of large developers, including Countryside where she started her career as Marketing Manager, before being promoted to Sales and Marketing Director at the age of 25.

She has extensive experience of joint ventures with partners such as Sutton Council, regeneration of a number of sites across the borough; Cardiff Council, 10 sites completed across phase 1 and 2 now progressing; Affinity Sutton, the redevelopment of Graylingwell Hospital in Chichester; and Rotherham Council, on their first development delivering private homes.

Responsible for all Open Market sales within Wates, Natalie is passionate about the on-going provision of new properties to help fill the void of delivery in the UK. One of the main things that Natalie enjoys about her job is the satisfaction she gets seeing happy customers move into their new homes.

Outside of work, Natalie’s hobbies include cooking and walking her dogs.
