John is a chartered construction manager and is responsible for ensuring we deliver for all our existing customers and developing new customers in line with our strategy.
John has progressed his career from an operational background leading projects for both the public and private sector customers in the UK and the middle east.
John has led diverse teams during his time at Wates as Operations Manager, Technical Director and for the last two years as our customer portfolio director. John is also a Smartspace board member.
As Customer Portfolio Director, John is passionate about providing our customers with the best services which are based on really understanding what our customers’ needs and ensuring we are flexible and responsive to these requirements.
