Wates Group has retained its Gold Investors in People (IiP) accreditation following a rigorous assessment process.
The award stands for the next three years, until 2024.
IiP, which is 30 years old this year, is an internationally recognised and prestigious standard that evaluates how well organisations lead, support and manage their people for sustainable growth.
