The award-winning Unohab ventilation system offers a compact solution for external wall installation, requiring minimal space.
Equipped with economical EC fans, it delivers maximum energy efficiency and a remarkable heat recovery efficiency of up to 88%. Designed for versatility, Unohab units can be installed in single habitable rooms to complement existing ventilation systems or be part of a whole-house hybrid solution connected to extract air fans in the dwellings wet-rooms.
The Unohab is tested in accordance with BS EN 13141-8 and is ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and home offices, providing tailored ventilation for each space. Specifically engineered for modern and renovated buildings that are increasingly airtight due to enhanced
insulation, this system ensures optimal air quality without compromising on energy efficiency.
The Unohab can be installed via a standard core drilled hole with an external grille on the façade or alternatively in combination with external wall insulation by using a cleverly designed and insulated EPP (expanded polypropylene) plenum incorporated into the cavity wall with a discrete ventilation grille in the window side soffit.
