We have an opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Hammersmith office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.Key Accountabilities will include: Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys. Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team and determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the serviceTo be successful in the role you must be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines. Prior Responsive Maintenance experience is crucial to the role.

Customer Services Co-Ordinator

You will be working out of our Crawley office on one of our social housing contracts leading and supporting our Customer Service team. Key Accountabilities will include: Champion continual improvement to achieve excellent operational delivery and supply chain management Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and trends and instigate and lead on improvements of the service Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness ensuring that team adhere to company policies and procedures Support the Contract Lead to deliver a quality, customer focussed, profitable and safe businessWe are looking for a Co-ordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector as well as an advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role could also be suitable for an experienced Scheduler seeking to take the next step in their career overseeing and leading a team.To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with drive and determination to deliver high quality customer service as well as solid management skills to motivate and develop a team.

You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance to our residents.Key Accountabilities will include: Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys. Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team and determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the serviceYou must have a full UK driving licence.To be successful in the role you must also be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines. Prior responsive maintenance experience is crucial to the role. You must also have your SSSTS qualification as a minimum.
